Yes. 3D floating metal patch design is used in this neck massager. The silicone base makes the metal patch floating at 360 degrees, which can automatically adjust and fit the neck size of different populations.

Not include a knee replacement. The knee joint is too far away from the neck for our product to affect the metal object that far away.

Sile offer total 15 different massage intensity and 3 massage modes for you to choose from. Choice depends on your sensitivity to the stimulus and muscle stiffness.

The unit itself makes no noise, The only thing that is loud is the remote control that beeps pretty loud when you push the buttons to turn on the heat and to increase intensity.

  • Delivery in the US typically takes between 5 – 7 business days, dependings on the shipping adress and the closest fulfillment center.
  • For othe coutries, delivery may take up to 25 days depending on the location and the services provided in that countrie.

We are based in Montreal, QC,CA.  but our inventory is spread across international fulfillment centers in order to reduce transit times.

Orders will be automatically shipped from the nearest Fulfillment center to your shipping adress.

Our warehouses are located in the US, China, Australia, UK.

For example : Orders submitted to be delivered in the US, will be shipped from the US with USPS.

Yes, we currently deliver to all countries except for the following:

  • Cuba
  • Iran

  • Syria

Unfortunately, Bioneck is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Bioneck. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office.
